This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled for purchases made through www.sareehaveli.com. By placing an order, you agree to the terms mentioned below.
Return Eligibility
Return requests must be raised within 2 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original condition with tags, packaging, and accessories intact. Clear photos or videos must be provided as proof. Items returned after 2 days of delivery will not be accepted. All returned items must pass our quality check.
Items Not Eligible for Return
• Discounted or sale items
• Used, washed, altered, or damaged items
• Items without original tags or packaging
• Customized or stitched products
• Products with minor color variations due to lighting or screens
• Handloom or handcrafted items with natural weaving inconsistencies
Return Process
• Email info@sareehaveli.com within 2 days of receiving the order
• Include your order ID, reason for return, and photos or videos of the item
• Our team will review and approve or reject the request
• If approved, we will arrange a courier pickup at our cost
• Once received, the product will undergo quality check
• Refund or exchange will be processed only after approval
If the product fails the quality check, it will be sent back to you and no refund will be issued.
Return Shipping
Saree Haveli will bear the return pickup cost. Cash-on-delivery returns are not accepted. The return pickup address will be shared only after approval.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are allowed once per order and must follow the same 2-day return window. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. The exchanged product must be of equal or higher value, and any difference in price must be paid. Exchanges are processed only after the returned product passes quality check. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be issued to the original payment mode after the item passes quality check. Refund processing time is 5–7 working days after approval. Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable. Refunds will not be provided for items that fail quality check, return requests made after the allowed window, or for discounted and sale items.
Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please report it within 24–48 hours of delivery with photos or an unboxing video. After verification, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost. Delayed reports may result in ineligibility.
Color Variation
Minor color differences may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen resolution. Such variations are not considered defects and are not eligible for return or refund.
Fraud Prevention
Saree Haveli reserves the right to reject returns that appear used, damaged, or tampered with. We may restrict accounts with repeated return attempts or deny service in cases of misuse or fraudulent activity. Quality check decisions are final.
